Draining negative low tide early AM, then favorable incoming tide push rest of the morning. Mid day high tide for more sluggish waves at tide sensitive breaks. Light SSW wind.
NW windswell wrap in the mix, mainly misses town spots.
Afternoon Outlook: SSW wind puffs up to low-end moderate onshores mid afternoon, then ease into evening
