Afternoon Outlook: Mainly old SSW swell leftovers, for thigh-waist high surf, while standouts hit shoulder high+. Mellow WSW wind wrapping into town, shape gets a little better mid-PM, but its only a 3' low. Evening bogs down on 6'+ high tide.
