Fun surf this morning with clean conditions on the incoming tide. Surf nudges up through the day.
Dawn to 10:00AM: A new round of long-period SSW swell slowly fills in, setting up widespread waist to chest high surf at good southerly exposures in the morning, as focal points see occasional head high sets. Light wind.
PM Outlook: Rising swell puts more spots in waist-shoulder high waves, top spots to head high+. WNW winds go moderate+ over the afternoon. Late day high tide has tide-sensitive breaks getting sluggish.
Not all south swells are created equal. From Bombing Teahupo'o to Massive Wedge, watch the science behind the South Pacific's most remarkable run in decades: https://bit.ly/4xS68hZWaddell Creek Surf Forecast
