Today

Surf dips as swell mix eases, still fun zone. Winds staying on the lighter side, cleanest in the AM

Dawn to 10:00AM: Old SSW swell tapers off, as a little new WNW swell shows, for waves mainly running thigh-stomach-chest high range. Draining negative low tide early AM, then incoming tide push gets an assist rest of the morning, while very light S winds puff up.

Afternoon Outlook: Surf size holds. Winds are light+ SSW onshores. Mid afternoon high tide bogs down tide sensitive breaks.

Not all south swells are created equal. From Bombing Teahupo'o to Massive Wedge, watch the science behind the South Pacific's most remarkable run in decades: https://bit.ly/4xS68hZ
