Today

Fun waves and still fairly peaky, but slower than better SW exposed regions. Light AM wind.

Dawn to 10am: Shadowed SW swell continues as SW tropical swell winds down. Many breaks waist-chest high while good spots HB Pier south go head high+ at times. Lots of west in the Southern Hemi, so it's shadowed in North OC by the Channel Islands, after the French Polynesia cheese grater. Some good waves here and there but expect a long wait on biggest sets. Clean with light/variable AM south wind.

Afternoon Outlook: Light+ SW wind for a little afternoon lump. Wind lightens in the evening.

Check out Signals for a twice weekly (Mon and Thu nights) East Pacific tropics outlook.
