Rough start with S wind bump and neg low tide. Slightly better mid AM w/tide push but S wind hangs
Dawn-10am: Low quality surf day, even as size nudges up off a refresh in NW windswell. That'll mix with lingering Southern Hemi leftovers for knee-waist high waves with chest+ sets at standouts on the AM tide push.
We may see S wind ease slightly through mid AM with the tide push, but we still expect crumble to bump all morning
PM Outlook: S wind is likely to stay on it all day. Good for the water temp (which is nice and will increase furtehr today) but not so good for the surf.
