Dawn to 10am: Still a few playful little waves for the focal points if you're on the right gear. Outside of the standouts surf will be the smallest it has been in a while, most spots below chest-high -- good opportunity to get the groms/beginners in the water.

Variable to light westerly wind early, texture picks up along with the AM tide push but that still looks like the best window.

Afternoon Outlook: Moderate to breezy PM onshores, lumpier than the past couple days.
