Waves getting fun again as fresh swell moves in, most size in the PM. Winds remain fairly light.
PM Outlook: A new round of SSW swell will edge up during the day, setting up chest-shoulder-head high+ waves and some better sets for more spots over the afternoon, largest late. Light+ SSW afternoon onshores. Later afternoon/evening high tide bogs down tide sensitive breaks.

A soft, gentle, right-hand reef/point that is popular with beginners and longboarders, Capitola is a staple of the Santa Cruz surf scene, and has the crowds to prove it (especially in summer). There is also a shorter, slightly more powerful left off the back of the right.
