Dawn to 10am: Holding SSW swell keeps waist high surf in the water at average exposures as better summer spots in the region go chest-shoulder high+. With less NW windswell running most of the region slows down and shape gets more walled for the beachbreaks. The mid-AM tide push looks like the best window, after the low tide fills in and before afternoon onshores.

This is the best beachbreak in the county, and everyone knows it. The saving grace here is the long hike due to the sheer cliffs.
