Today

S wind protected spots on the mid AM tide push the best/safest bet. Overall small but rideable.

Dawn-10am: Surf will is generally but doable on the small-wave gear. Little mix of NW windswell and SSW swell for knee-waist high surf. Standout combo spots to chest high. Light+ SE wind and semi clean. Look for most breaks to improve with the tide push through around mid AM.

Afternoon Outlook: Size about the same as the morning as quality worsens some due to S-SW wind. The evening may see a partial clean up.

Incoming: Tropical Storm Elida to Send SoCal Weekend Waves
