Dawn-Midday: Still faint trace swell in the water making for a slow affair. Most spots around knee-high. Some sets pushing thigh at the most exposed spots. Early AM on the low tide will be the best of it today. Lightest winds early and for Rodanthe/Pea island with SW winds.
