Small-scale surf around knee-thigh+ high. SW winds build into the afternoon
Midday: SE swell is offering enough for the big boards around the knee-thigh high zone at the better breaks, mostly knee high further west still at lunch time. More textured now than the morning with light+ onshore southerly breezes.
Afternoon Outlook: More texture develops for the afternoon as SW/SSW winds build. A little more size may develop, but overall the surf remains quite poor.
