Today
Waves peak off healthy SW Southern Hemi swell. Easing tropical swell. Winds stay on the light side.
Dawn to 10am: Well directed, long-period SW swell maxes out in the morning, as much smaller SSW tropical swell off Hurricane Fausto winds down. Lots of spots see head high+ surf, better breaks are overhead and standouts hit double overhead. Morning tide push looks like the best window to capitaize on, after that the mid-PM "low" tide is your next best bet. Light morning winds.
PM Outlook: Some SW wind wrap in the afternoon. Spots behind a headland/kelp are still pretty clean to glassy.
