Today

Fun to mid size swell mix fills in today, most size in PM. All day onshores for low quality waves.

Dawn to 10:00AM: A strong storm deep in the SW Pacific put up impressive numbers, with seas of 40-45'. The resultant swell has a good direction for Cen/NorCal, with lots of west in it (220-205). There is also a secondary, short-period WNW swell mixing in. With moderate W winds in the morning, lumpy waves are waist to head high.

Afternoon Outlook: Surf ticks up as swell slowly rises. W onshore winds pick up too, for a rougher afternoon.
