A late session the best bet - onshore wind slowly eases through the day
Dawn-to-Midday: onshore wind still there early morning so the surf maybe not that appealing. Better organised swell energy will start to build towards low-tide and the wind will slowly start to ease off, maybe wait for late morning paddle? Lighter wind late today if you want to hold out for cleaner wave faces.
Afternoon Outlook: surf heights hold in the 3-4ft+ range through the afternoon/evening and conditions will slowly smooth out as onshore wind backs down. Lightest wind at sundown.

Saunton Surf Guide
This huge stretch of dune backed sand is known for its long, gentle, peeling waves that are perfect for longboarders, and as such has become something of a Mecca for loggers. Fairly consistent and works through the tides, it's also popular with beginners. The paddle back out can be a chore in anything other than small waves. Read more
