Small at dawn but more size fills in through the day. Onshore winds pick up for bumpy conditions.
Dawn-Midday Outlook: Not much surf at first light. We'll get more NE swell to trickle in through the morning but high tide around 9am isn't ideal for most. I'd watch late AM for a bit more swell and the tide to drop to find something with a big board.
Afternoon Outlook: More NE swell filters into the region so we see bigger surf for the second half of the day. Onshore winds are expected to increase, so conditions should be bumpy with some texture and chop on it. Still, not bad for July 1st.
