Dawn to Midday: Look for NE wind chop to develop and mix in with lingering ESE swell to produce rideable surf for the area. It'll be choppy and short period so the shape isn't going to be very good, but at least there will be something to ride with warm water.
Afternoon Outlook: Similar sized surf continues with onshore NE winds producing poor conditions.
