Wind-swell energy fades - onshore wind picks up in the afternoon
Dawn-to-Midday: small, weak wind-swell surf as the tide drops back off high as good as the surf will look today. Standout spots just about nudging waist-high with light onshore wind.
Afternoon Outlook: W wind and 1-2ft wind-chop into the afternoon - tiny waves for novices. The wind eventually backs off a touch towards sundown.
