Summer doldrums continue - no real swell - crumble at the E-facing spots

Dawn-to-Midday: Lack of real ground swell continues. Summer blocking high pressure still in effect. Consistently fresh Easterly winds blowing. Not enough energy to get anything going today at the south and west facing spots, but a crumbly and weak wave in the thigh-high range available for the keenest at the E-facing beaches.

Afternoon Outlook: Much of the same. Easterlies drop along with the wind swell into the E-facing spots. One for the floatiest of crafts.

Popular break, crowded when good. Read more
