Local wind eases and tends S eventually SSE, large messy surf on open coast beginning to settle
We've still got solid swell in the water, especially on the open coast where south swell magnets are large and in the 4xOH bracket We're going too see a trend towards better winds, but not quite yet with S wind still in place. Later on a shift to SSE-SE wind will begin allowing for some initial settling. Settling not cleaning up conditions are likely, with the shift in wind probably not early enough to truly benefit conditions Thursday afternoon.
