Plenty of surf at exposed spots but W wind will be gusting 25-30mph
Dawn-to-Midday: head-high+ surf at exposed breaks furthest east from the get go but onshore, W wind will be blowing straight in and conditions won't be a great look. If you're surfing no matter what in the morning aim for a sheltered spot further west and take in plenty of foam.
Afternoon Outlook: swell and wind continue into the afternoon/evening, the wind backing down a touch towards the evening high-tide so conditions improve a little. After work paddle an option but nothing special.
