Cleaner surf with offshore winds but easing swell is becoming marginal.
Small wind swell leftovers grading around knee to thigh range. Enough to grovel on a longboard or something with high volume, it'll just be really soft. Conditions improve with light SW-SSW offshores for most areas. Some isolated areas of patchy variable winds through midday/afternoon.
