Increasing onshore winds and rising surf. Conditions remain choppy through the PM.
Another surge of onshore winds behind an unseasonably late cold front takes hold. We have surf coming back up some but conditions are not looking that good throughout the day. Onshore winds blow pretty strong through the day for choppy conditions.
