Today

Rippable surf on the tide push mid-AM. Fun surf ahead of more solid waves during the week.

SSW swell tops out, good for knee-waist high waves at average spots. Better breaks are in the chest-shoulder high range, most easily found around Cabo proper and the Pac side -- more selective up into San Jose del Cabo and especially the East Cape. Top spots go head-high to a bit overhead.

Need to hide from the NW wind over on the Pacific side, but spots with protection should be pretty clean on the AM tide push. Same window is best for Cabo/East Cape spots. Cabo proper okay in PM.

That said, on a strong S swell and a mid-high tide, you won't find anyone complaining out there... Read more
