Decent size - especially far north county, but drained early. Light wind early, then windy/bumpy PM
Dawn to 10am: Still decent energy for select summer exposures (north in the region) on the AM tide push as SSW swell lingers. Average breaks are in the waist-stomach high zone as good breaks push head high+ at times. Shape is lined up outside of spots with some structure. Wind is light this AM, surf should improve some through mid AM on the tide push.
Afternoon Outlook: Increasing bump to chop through the afternoon as breezy W wind builds.

Oceanside Pier Surf Guide
Although sandbars move and shift along this stretch continually, there are consistent breaks on the north end at the harbor's north and south jetties, and on both sides of the pier.
