Fun to mid-sized mix of old SSW and new SW swell. Mid-AM window looking best.
Dawn to 10am: Another strong round of long period SW(220-200) swell. The westerly direction is a good direction for San Diego, spreading size around much more evenly than the last swells. Lots of chest-head high zone waves, while standouts go well overhead. Drained early morning tide to wait out, manageable onshore crumble for mid-AM window as shape improves.
Afternoon Outlook: Holding size, afternoon W sea breeze looks manageable.

Oceanside is angled to receive southwest swells more readily than the beaches of central San Diego County, and, during southwest swells, it attracts surfers from all parts of SD.
