Knee high leftovers. Enough for a longboard but slow again. Increasing afternoon texture.
Midday: Not much worthwhile surf out there still, with just a few crumbly waves in the knee high range. Conditions are more textured now with developing gentle SW winds.
Afternoon Outlook: SW/WSW winds develop and the surf eases slightly. If you really want to find something to ride on a longboard you still could with ok conditions at E facers, it just won't be as good as the morning.

Narragansett offers more room to breathe than those surf spots just up the coast in Newport. There are more peaks that are more spread out, but the nearby University of Rhode Island, as well as neighboring Massachusetts, keeps the lineup healthily filled year-round.
