Generally small surf today but good SW swell for breaks mostly outside of Monterey.
Afternoon Outlook: A sizeable/strong storm last week near New Zealand sent up a solid long-period SW swell. That well aimed Southern Hemi shows best at exposed areas further to the north and south, but best exposures in Monterey get at least a little more size than the typical Southern Hemi swell with the direction so west. Otherwise, mainly small NW swell mix - something to ride but waist high or under. Manageable W winds.
