Today

Playful little combo of swells but onshore SE/S wind chews up most spots for lower quality waves.

Dawn-10am: NW windswell hangs in there as SSW swell eases from a weekend peak. Peaky/broken up again and decent size: waist high for many spots, with best combo spots still up to chest-shoulder high+.

We'll see S wind stick around for the morning. Worth at least checking cams with low expectations -- it's peaky enough that even with some crumble/bump it'll looks kinda fun, esp w/tide push.

PM Outlook: Surf size hangs close to the AM off the mix of swells. More S-SW wind bump.

Not all south swells are created equal. From Bombing Teahupo'o to Massive Wedge, watch the science behind the South Pacific's most remarkable run in decades: https://bit.ly/4xS68hZ

The onshore northwest winds can be unrelentin... Read more
