Clean but small surf for today. Target around the lower tide later this morning on a big board.
Dawn to Midday: Clean, groomed surf this morning offering waves in the knee high or so range at the better spots. The tide is still a bit deep for the size of the surf so less water in a few hours should help. That's when I'd look to find something on a big, floaty board.
Afternoon Outlook: Small surf continues. Still a few longboard waves around but later around the high tide many spots struggle. We'll also see less favorable winds likely by the mid/late PM.
