Today

A windy day, sheltered breaks will have something - biggest surf through the afternoon

Dawn-to-Midday: mellow surf at sheltered breaks on the north coast this morning. 2-3ft surf Ok for novices. WSW wind on the increase towards lunchtime.

Afternoon Outlook: sheltered breaks the best option to get in this afternoon - a touch more size as wind-swell energy builds but never anything special. You will need all your foam. Gusty onshore WSW wind and too much going on at exposed beaches on the north coast.
