SW at dawn before a southerly wind spike - enough ENE swell for clean but gusty waves at points.
Fun clean surf is going to continue across the southern points as we'll see lingering ENE swell producing waist to chest high waves.
We're going to see a burst of southerly winds keeping the southern zones clean for the day although it could get gusty at times. Sth exposed stretches will be lumpy and bumpy.
Best get out there across that morning low tide to make the most of it, it'll get a little slow through the arvo high tide.

Visible from the Gold Coast Highway is Currumbin's famous point, The Alley. Nowhere near as famous as Burleigh, Kirra or Snapper, the Alley can be as good or better, particularly when it's big. Watch out for the rocks on the take-off and be careful negotiating the rock jump. If in doubt, paddle out from the beach on the south side.
