Consolação Surf Guide
Consolação is the fortress-adorned headland at the southern end of Supertubos beach. It delivers nice, heavy waves on both sides: a reefy, although somewhat fat, right-hand pointbreak, and a heavy, more stacked up sand-bottomed left. The right is a local favorite when the swell wraps around the headland and can hold size up to triple overhead. The left needs bigger swells to come to life and is a more volatile and dependable on sand placement on the bottom. Read more
