Today

Punchy E swell and light SSW for the AM. Drop in size and winds open up options out of shelters.

The swell trains moved east, it's another good day of waves! Tops of the points are still getting overhead to well OH sets at dawn and looking like heaps of fun. Best get out there with the morning low if you're chasing size, once the tide fills in for the arvo we'll see a drop into the head highish zone.

Southerly winds are hanging about but they'll be the calmest they've been in days. If you don't mind a bit of lump and bump there are some solid options along the Northern stretches.

Narrowneck Surf Guide

Primarily built to help preserve the coastal area, Narrowneck is a man-made reef that has the added benefit of offering a rideable wave. Decent in small-to-medium, clean east or southeast swells. The beachbreaks can be fun at times when there's small, clean energy in the water and northwest winds.

*WORLD SURFING RESERVE*

This wave sits in a protected surf ecosystem — preserving the coastline, culture, and access that keep it working. Read more
