Small NW windswell keeps us from being completely flat. Localized PM thunderstorms.
Surf stays less than knee high for most with just some surface chop. North Pinellas zone is slightly bigger in the knee high range but this is very short period wind chop with no shape/form. Might be enough to push a grom on a foamie but not much outside of that.
Onshore NW winds continue for afternoon. Localized PM T-storms around, mainly around the Tampa zone, with Gulf low pressure nearby so bear that in mind.
