Small, slow surf early under fresh NW winds as we head into the AM high tide, before a long-period W-WSW swell builds through the day. Sets will be inconsistent, with a big size difference between exposed beaches, outer reefs and sheltered spots. Fresh W winds later favour the reefs and point breaks, while open beaches become wind affected. Expect overhead sets at the best reefs and point breaks by the afternoon, but be prepared for long waits between waves.
