Monterey Forecast

Today

Similar story today as yesterday. Locally small surf but still fair amount of SW swell elsewhere.

Afternoon Outlook: Continued small mix of swells for the Monterey region. For average spots the dominant energy is NW windswell in the waist high range. The SW Southern Hemi swell is slowly on the decline, but showing enough energy to give zones north or south a look.

Moderate W winds peaks mid afternoon, then gradually eases into the evening.
