Small AM with light winds. Watching the PM for rising surf, but conditions are poor.
Dawn to Midday: Looking at weak surf this morning, knee high or so. Not much to target through lunch, with the tiny size and not much push. Conditions are favorable through mid morning or so, there just is not much surf.
Afternoon Outlook: Rising S windswell over the PM hours with southerly winds and textured conditions. It won't be good, but there is some rideable chop around before dark - Tuesday looking better.
