Small surf locally, more southerly swell rolling into exposures outside the area. Light AM winds.

Dawn-10am: NW swell mix is down to leftovers for small thigh to waist high waves this morning. There's more size at good southerly exposures north and south of Monterrey from holding SSW Southern Hemi that is up a notch from yesterday. Light/variable winds much of the morning

Afternoon Outlook: Locally small surf continues. Wind turns low-end moderate W in the afternoon for a bit of texture.
