Thigh-waist high ESE swell with clean conditions early. Afternoon SSW winds add texture.
Dawn to Midday: Looks like small ESE swell with light W/WSW winds and clean conditions early. Not looking like solid surf, up to thigh-waist high or so, but it should be worthwhile through the morning on the tide push.
Afternoon Outlook: SSW winds build through the rest of the day for poor conditions at most breaks. Target the morning window.
