Tiny E wind-chop and a scorcher
Dawn-to-Midday: no swell as such but E wind will be strong enough to kick-up tiny wind-chop that will get the groms moving. Already very warm through the morning.
Afternoon Outlook: just the weak E wind-chop into the afternoon/evening but even that will be fading as the wind slowly backs down. The peak of the heatwave - if you're going to the beach you will need shelter, buckets of sunscreen and litres of water.
