Better spots may see some peaks around the waist high range. Surf stays pretty small with increasing SW shifting SSW winds expected which sets up textured conditions. Best best is around the higher tides. Surf is poor/drained out around the lower tides.

North Myrtle Beach is more about small towns with stretches of similar sandbars than specific breaks. The farthest north you can get, Cherry Grove is a quiet little town near the state line, and has shifting sandbars at the end of every block.
