Dawn-to-Midday: not a great look this morning. Onshore wind, rain and minor wind-swell only. Nothing worth getting in for. Increasing SW/WSW wind by lunchtime - poor conditions.
Afternoon Outlook: short-period wind-swell builds this afternoon but it will never be anything pretty. If you're keen you could get in at sheltered breaks as the tide drops later today. Junky 3-4ft+ surf just about doable as WSW wind will be slowing easing back.

There's a decent low tide right-hand point at the north end of the bay, breaking off the rocks into deeper water, plus a decent left breaking off the cliffs. You can also find some fun peaks through the tide in the bay, but gets rippy when big. Strong surfmat scene here so release your inner Greenough. Read more
