Still punchy surf as swell eases, most size in the AM. Best winds then too.
Dawn-10am: Slow fading but still cranking SSW swell, along with a little NW swell, keeps waves running head at lots of spots in the morning, while better breaks are overhead and far north county focal points approach double overhead.
Slight S wind crumble due in the morning, cleanest early.
Afternoon Outlook: Mellow WSW onshores for the afternoon. Surf will gradually dip during the back half of the day as the SSW swell tapers off. Still pumping.

This is one of the few beaches around at which you'll see multi-generations of families all hanging out in and out of the water, together. The reef is a long, right point that breaks over a flat, grass-covered reef for about a quarter of a mile.
