Surf picking up as mix of reinforcing S swell and new SW swell moves in, most size in the afternoon
Dawn to 10am: Drained on the negative low tide first thing. Wind is variable to light WNW as it pushes in early/mid-morning, as S swell mixes with building SW swell, setting up waist-shoulder high waves at average spots while better breaks go head-high to overhead. The mix of swells helps section out the open beachbreaks far north county. Not totally peaky, but not straight walled either.
Afternoon Outlook: More size off more SW swell. Lumpy afternoon conditions with moderate W onshores.
