The next chapter of Sessions

What if you could also use your past sessions to inspire your next surf?

When we first launched Sessions, our vision was to make it easy to relive your time in the water, by using a smartwatch to capture and share your rides in front of Surfline cams.

While reliving your last surf is fun, what if you could also use your past sessions to inspire your next surf?

Our first Sessions update comes today as part of this next phase with a progress tab that summarizes your logged Sessions, showing how much time you’re spending in the water, and how it compares to your monthly average or last year.

Over the next few months, our team will continue releasing more key updates, including the ability to:

  • Share your progress and stats with friends
  • Log your surf session without a smartwatch
  • Add notes to your Sessions to record more details
  • Import surfs and data from other tracking apps
  • More easily capture, relive, and learn from your past Sessions, inspiring your next surf.

Never used Sessions? Now’s a great time to try it out. Head to the Sessions tab in the iOS app to get started.

Already a Sessions user? Send us your feedback and ideas of what you’d like out of it as we refine our plans, at [email protected].

As a follow-up to the recent addition of buttons for sharing cams, Cam Rewind footage, and Spot Guides, now, you can also share forecasts directly from the app.
