Surf dips during the day today with easing swell, most size in AM. Wind stays on the lighter side.
Dawn to 10:00AM: Short-period NW swell lingers, keeping thigh-waist-stomach high surf rolling in for the morning. Early AM high tide most favorable. Mellow W wind for the early/mid-AM window, mostly clean conditions.
Afternoon Outlook: Avoid the mid day low tide. Waves will taper off back half of the day. A little more crumble mid-PM as W onshores puff up, but should be plenty manageable -- south end of Linda Mar stays on cleaner side.
