Open beaches the standout for both size and quality
Small and slow conditions start off the day, with open beaches the clear standout for most of the day. N-NNE winds mean these options should be clean, with wave shape likely to improve through the morning. Consider the afternoon high tide, it will make some banks a little slower/fatter - and a tendency of wind to tend NW later in the day which will impact the surface quality on open beaches and probably lend itself back to those reef/point break options.
