Mix of E winds and short period E swell keep quality at lower end of scale.
A bump in energy today from the E should push size back up to the chest high or so range for the exposures - waist high at sheltered corners. Winds have blowing onshore SE overnight, quite lumpy across many breaks. As of observed time, dawn winds have shifted SSW but they won't last long.
E winds are also expected soon, so quality and options will be limited due to the onshore conditions.
