Afternoon Outlook: Conditions are staying manageable this afternoon as fresh SSW swell builds. Easing S swell and NW swell mix is lingering too for a few peaks at the combo beachbreaks. This continues to put good southerly and combo exposures in waist-chest high range while top spots hit shoulder high or so.
